Last updated: 19 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how bharatapps, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sandeep Tank (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and mobile applications (the “Services”).
Information we collect
- Information you provide (e.g. when you contact support).
- Information collected automatically: device identifiers, app version, OS, crash diagnostics, and usage analytics, to operate and improve the apps.
- Purchase information: when you buy through our apps, payments are processed by our payment partners (Google Play, Razorpay, Cashfree). We receive transaction confirmation details; we do not collect or store your full card or bank credentials.
How we use it
To provide and maintain the Services, fix bugs, understand usage, process purchases, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Services — including Google Play (distribution/billing), Razorpay, Cashfree (payments), and analytics/crash-reporting providers — and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may raise grievances. Contact our Grievance Officer: Sandeep Tank, hello@bharatapp.co.
Children
Our utility apps are not directed to children under the age applicable in your region; we do not knowingly collect their data. Each app’s audience and Google Play “Families” status is reflected in its own privacy section.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
